Saturday, March 18, 3:00 to 4:30 pm
Where: Blaine Senior Center, 763 G Street, Blaine
Cost: Free
Join David Drummond, a wildlife biologist/naturalist who has specialized in field study of raptor biology over a lifetime and has done extensive field research on Merlin’s and Peregrine Falcons, as well as hawks and owls, for a whole new way of being with birds! David’s presentation will take you beyond field ID into discovering the amazing array of foraging, social and grooming behaviors of birds. Using the nearby marine birds as examples, we will explore and discover what birds are doing in the water, on land and in the air, as we learn to observe them more intimately in nature.
