Tea and light refreshments will be provided to participants. \nHints: Binoculars are not necessary\, though you may enjoy having them with you. Consider dressing for the elements and conditions: sturdy closed-toe shoes\, layers\, wind/rain jacket\, etc. If you have trekking poles and find them useful\, please consider bringing them. For Forest Bathing a folding chair or a small camping stool is encouraged.  \nClick Here to Register
